About Me

I am originated from Athens, Greece. I go through life with the vision to support others to make their lives easier. Practiced several fields in my life; I come up with my core competencies.

Training - Facilitation

I facilitate and deliver trainings, youth exchanges, workcamps, conferences, seminars and all kind of events.

Youth Work

The past 20 years I am constantly working with groups of young people on several contexts.

Coaching

I am focused in creating transformations on personal and organizational level.

New Media Consultancy

I utilize Social Media accounts and I consult people, organizations, communities and brands to build and maintain their online presence.

Project Management

I plan, organise, communicate, coordinate and implement static or moving events and projects.

Filmmaking

I produce and implement movies, videoclips, documentaries, social promo videos. Additionally I educate people in media literacy.

Some Fun Facts

I love numbers; they motivate me to keep on going, and I can see my progress. As a result I like to count and acknowledge successes from them.

I always knew that office work is not enough for me. I am visioning myself on a project oriented life giving me tension and high speed work and on the contrary time to self-reflect and recharge.

 
Why me?

I see myself as a swiss-knife asset for projects, companies and organisations and I ask interested employers to hire me project based or permanently. Throughout the last 20 years I am constantly improving my competences in Training, Facilitation, Coaching, Youth Work, Social Media, Project Management and Filmmaking.swiss-knife skills

Since 1981 I have been involved in several different aspects of life.

I was lucky enough to join Scouts and I never regret that since through Scouting I mainly discovered my main competencies while building my vision towards life.

While studying Politics and History, I started traveling and I broaden my horizons. I managed to travel just the 22,5% countries of the world and sailed the oceans with the Ship for World Youth program twice.

In 2012 I moved to the Netherlands where I had the chance to put my skills in action working intensively as a Youth Worker, Facilitator, Coach, and Project Manager. I worked and developed several personal development and coaching trainings, I facilitated youth events, I got certified in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) as NLP Master Practitioner, Communication Styles & DISC model, Non Violent Communication, Systemic Work, SDL (Self-Directed Learning) and organisation management.

I always look for challenging and meaningful experiences that can fulfill my vision towards life and provide to me a sustainable lifestyle while creating win-win coopeations.
