๐ฎ Creating a cooperative non-formal education training where everyone is a trainer and a learner. Learning objectives were given to teams of trainers and they developed activities around them;
๐ฎ Having time for team-bonding after all this online work from home lifestyle was necessary;
๐ฎ Turning endless boring discussions and strategic planning for the future to playful process just became a must and part of the DNA of our company;
๐ฎ Doing all this in a unique sustainable eco-centre that offers you the possibility to blend into nature is precious;
