~ Training again! ??

? Who is back in trainings after a year without one?
? The first training of the decade meant to be online. (Thanks Mr. ? )
? Working together with 31 young leaders from Brunei Darussalam ??, Cambodia ??, Indonesia ??, Japan ??, Lao P.D.R. ??, Malaysia ??, Myanmar ??, Philippines ??, Singapore ??, Thailand ?? & Vietnam ??.
? A program that happened through Zoom in 4 day sessions instead onboard a cruise ship sailing the Pacific ocean. ?️
? Working with participants from cultures very unknown to me was a unique learning challenge also for myself.
? Sharing my passion for Social Entrepreneurship and namely my pathway to it felt so natural.
? Supporting the participating youth to be inspired to pivot their own entrepreneurial ideas while creating social and/or cultural impact.
? Using the changemaking tool from Ashoka as part of the curriculum supported me a lot into analysing systems and systems change concepts.
? Having to deliver a training at 6:00AM due to the timezone difference, was, let’s put it this way, a very interesting and unique experience.
⏯️ I am really grateful for being given the possibility to share my passion with youth from the other side of the world ?

If you have a good product to offer even if it is socially or ethically made there is no reason to put the label “ethical” for marketing reasons.

Roes Bonding: Training for Roes Coop Coops [July 2020] ??

~ Coop type of training ?

? Celebrating the #InternationalCoopsDay2020 with your Coops;
? Celebrating the first 6 months of being officially a Social Entrepreneur;
? Returning to the land where Roes Cooperativa was conceived;
? Back to training action exactly after 6 months;
? Creating a cooperative non-formal education training where everyone is a trainer and a learner. Learning objectives were given to teams of trainers and they developed activities around them;
? Having time for team-bonding after all this online work from home lifestyle was necessary;
? Turning endless boring discussions and strategic planning for the future to playful process just became a must and part of the DNA of our company;
? Doing all this in a unique sustainable eco-centre that offers you the possibility to blend into nature is precious;
⏯️ Isn’t it the best place to become to do all the above?
? What was my main learning??
Clear, honest and open communication is the key to the successful cooperative.

?️ This was ???? ????? Bi-annual ???????? aiming to support Roes Cooperativa Coops to stop, look, correct, have fun, plan, bond and take strategic actions altogether in 1-second-shots ?

ReACT: Training for Trainers [February 2020] ??

~ Back to the Basi(c)s ??

? Back to the place where I transformed my passion (volunteer scout ⚜️) into a profession (freelance trainer ?‍?)
? First training of the decade and I put myself back to the co-trainer role. So refreshing and so challenging at the same time
? Working together with 48 trainers in the same group is always sparkly
? I had the chance and the field to play and push with provocative and lazy coaching with my reflection group and it was so enjoyable (thank you people ?)
? Working in that team room and designing a training programme is still so inspiring.
? Admiring the growth of ex-learners of mine, that now became my teachers is just magnificent!
? Extension of the Erasmus+ deadline that I was battling came as a relief and gave me the possibility to finally apply a dream project that I had in my drawers through Roes Coop.
? What is Roes Coop? ? When I arrived in the training I was a freelance trainer. Halfway the training I got the news that the social cooperative enterprise I co-founded is finally registered.
⏯️ Isn’t it the best place to become officially a social entrepreneur?
?What was my main learning??
If I want to make something pro bono, I have to make it at least funny for me. (…and shit loads of other things that I need another post to explain).

?️ This was ????? – ???????? ??? ???????? training course part of ReACT KA2 project aiming to educate trainers on delivering meaningful training activities in order to combat unemployment in 1-second-shots ?

Vision Ahead: media and promo skills for NGOs and Social Entreprises [December 2019] ??

~ The best way to close a circle is to open a new one ???

?️ The last training of the decade was a media training, the type of training that inspired me to start doing trainings.
?️ This time with a #Roadtrip on the menu with 2000km ?️ and my car’s plate dry clutch broken and repaired ⚙️
?️ During 7 days of training, we created 66 videos.
?️ 5 of them are Social Promotional videos for non-profit organizations in Plovdiv, Bulgaria
?️ All these we did with frugal production tricks (smartphones, gorillapods, lots of paper tape, and any equipment and prop available)
?️ The group had the chance to interact with the participants of the previous and the next group by preparing video messages. ?
?️ During the time of the training, I had the chance and the honour to fund my first social entity – more news soon ??
?️ This time I worked with a team of co-trainers and we had the chance to elevate the learning more while developing and supporting a social startup on the side of the training. – again more news soon. ??
?️ Another year of trainings in now ended and along with it the success of capturing all of them in 1-second shots videos. In total 6094 seconds of memorable learning moments of 2019.
?What was my main learning??
Teams utilise learning the most and bring an extra perspective and synergy.
